Know everything about Hazrat Usman (R.A)

Hazrat Usman (RA) at the persuasion of Hazrat Abu-Bakr (RA) accepted Islam.

Wives of Hazrat Usman (RA) namely Ruqayyah (RA) & Umm-e-Kulthum (RA) were the daughter of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

Hazrat Usman (RA) could not participate in Battle of Badr because his wife Ruqayyah (RA) was on deathbed.

After the death of Ruqayyah (RA), Hazrat Usman (RA) married with Umm-e-Kulthum (RA).

Ruqayyah (RA died on victory day of Battle of Badr.

Hazrat Usman (RA) purchased the adjoining land for 25,000 dirham to extend Masjid-e-Nabavi.

Hazrat Usman used to enfranchise a slave on every Friday.

Muslim Navy was also developed during the period of Hazrat Usman (RA).

 Zun-Noorain means Possessor of Two Lights

Jame-al-Quran means compiler of Quran. 

Hazrat Ali (R.A) was attacked with a poisoned sword On 19th Ramazan 40th Hijri,

before the time of FAJAR prayers to the mosque of Kufa.

He died on the 21st of Ramadan 40 A.H or  28 January 661 CE.

He was buried in Najaf al-Ashraf (Iraq).

The Holy book Torat was revealed on Hazrat Moosa (A.S)

The Holy book Anjeel was revealed on Hazrat Isa (A.S)

The Holy book Zaboor was revealed on Hazrat Dawood (Siriac language)

Zaboor is revealed in the Syriac language

Zaboor means Pieces

The Holy book Quran was revealed on Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W). (Arabic language)

The Pious Caliphs were the first four Caliphs.

They were:  Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, Ali

The first Caliph who helped spread Islam was Muhammed’s father-in-law, Abu-Bakr.

He served for only 2 years, from 632 to 634

Hazrat Abubakar (RA) was the first Pious Caliph of Islam.

Hazrat Abubakar (RA) became caliph in 632 AD.

Hazrat Abubakar (RA) died in 634 AD.

The Pious Caliphs were the first four Caliphs.

They were:  Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, Ali

Hazrat Hajra, the mother of Hazrat Ismail (AS), ran between the hills of Safa and Marwa seven times in search of water.

This act is commemorated during the Hajj pilgrimage, specifically in the ritual of Sa’i.

The running b/w Safa and Marwa seven times is called Sayee.

The Madni Surahs, revealed in Madina, focus on:

• The social and religious laws
• Values for the Muslim community
• Including rules for personal and collective behavior, worship, and relationships.

Makki Surahs, revealed in Mecca, focus on:

The basic principles of faith and morality

The Oneness of God (Tawheed)

The Hereafter (Akhirah)

The Prophethood of Muhammad (PBUH)

The struggle against polytheism and disbelief
